At Whole Custom Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@wholecustomdesign.com. Include your order number and reason for return in your email. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you with the exchange process and ensure you receive the replacement item promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Free Shipping
Orders over $49.99 qualify for free standard shipping worldwide, excluding Ukraine and Israel. For orders below $49.99, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied at checkout.
